3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Attending scheduled sessions on time.

• Providing accurate information.

• Making their own decisions and taking responsibility for their actions.

• Communicating respectfully during all interactions.

4. Payment

Payment is due before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services, completed sessions are non-refundable.

Package refunds, if offered, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Revdannycouch.com

7. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for electronic communications, and exceptions may apply when disclosure is required by law.
